 Brief summary of how biblical church leadership should work...

 Every church needs to put in front, in leadership, the people who are consistently walking in the grace of God--everyone needs this picture to encourage us to pursue the upward path in Christ Jesus. 

 To be "blameless" elders practice recognizing their poverty, asking for help, and receiving their riches.  

 Lives of consistent moral victory enable elders to understand and teach the doctrine of Christ more effectively.  Purer hearts have clearer spiritual vision.  

 Do we seriously expect our church leaders to be blameless?  We should...  

Paul’s authority didn’t come from his knowledge, his religious associations, or his public standing. Where did it come from?

 What should be on the resume of authentic church leaders?  At least one specific kind of miracle.
